*****The noise/music is apparently part of a new cultural phenomena known as "CAR AUDIO SPEAKER MEETUPS". There's a bunch of car audio places throughout Rockland and Westchester that specialize in this. These car‑audio communities usually organize gatherings through shops, bi-lingual Facebook groups, and regional car‑meet networks so you have to be engaged on those specific pages and venues to know when the next one is occurring. Locally folks are monitoring two sites in particular and have promised to keep us posted.
