MORE FABULOUS VINTAGE WEBSITES, FINDS, ETC. FROM EVERYHING CROTON

As always, some wonderful new finds, oldies but goodies, special requests and more. CLICK ON THE PHOTOS AND LINKS.

First up, WE HAD A REQUEST FOR AN OLDIE BUT GOODIE--a reader could noT remember a certain putz arisan---we believe she was referring to artisan TED P. HOWARD of Brighton Lake Studio--click on the photo---he was and may still be a member of the Cardboard Christmas Forums (read more about that here). Does wonderful work!

He's followed by this fab 1966 Christmas ad for the Wonder Horse, billed as "A Treasured Part of a Happy Childhood".  The ad's been sliced in two you can appreciate all that vintage rocking horse goodness.

That's followed by these gorgeous foil papers from PAPER MART---we are just certain our local putz artisans and crafters will find these inspiring BUT THERE IS A LOT OF INTERESTING STUFF THERE--PAPER MART IS LARGELY WHOLESALE IT SEEMS   Again, click on the photos and links.

And finally a wonderful post from our friends at European Film Star Postcards on Nat King Cole--vintage Christmas folks LOVE NAT KING COLE! CLICK HERE.

But back to Paper Mart --REALLY WORTH SPENDING TIME THERE

(Full disclosure: your editor gets nothing in return for these suggestions---and just thinks this site is lots of fun AND INSPIRATIONAL)

Fabulous---check out the Ravenblight Cliff House here.

AND ANOTHER FROM OUR FRIENDS AT EUROPEAN FILM STAR POSTCARDS -- A POST ON "FOTOFOLIO" -- TRIGGER ALERT! SOME OF THESE IMAGES ARE PROVOCATIVE!

If that gives you the vapors, just move along....
WOKE" comments will be incinerated on sight!  For everyone else:

In 1975, the American company Fotofolio / Artpost started to publish the history of photography in postcard format. Nowadays the Fotofolio collection is simply amazing.

The New York-based publisher worked closely with great photographers - and their foundations - such as Richard Avedon, Herb Ritts, Robert Mapplethorpe, Philippe Halsman, Annie Leibovitz, Greg Gorman, and many others. SEE AND READ MUCH MORE HERE.
