A Peekskill High School substitute teacher is facing charges that he had and promoted sexually explicit images of children, the Westchester District Attorney's Office said. Brian Mishk, 28, of Yorktown, was arrested Friday, May 30, by DA investigators on felony charges of promoting an obscene sexual performance by a child and possessing an obscene sexual performance by a child.
