CROTON'S PETER STRAUSS, RICH MAN, POOR MAN 1976

Welcome to Everything Croton, a collection of all things Croton -- our history, our homes, our issues, our businesses, our schools, our houses of worship -- in short, EVERYTHING CROTON.

As many of you know, actor Peter Strauss lived in Croton and got his start in the Croton Shakespeare Festival.

We were reminded of all when a friend recently watched the ground breaking mini series, RICH MAN, POOR MAN. (1976)---for the first time! (CLICK ON THE CABLE SHOWTIME NEWSPAPER AD IMAGE.)

Peter Strauss---and Nick Nolte--were truly at their best in it---with solid performances all around---and unlike many productions from the 60's and 70's, it has held up remarkably well.  You can read more about it here.

AND IN CASE YOU MISSED IT: William Smith, who played the malevolent Falconetti in the series, died in 2021; you can read more about that here.

RICH MAN, POOR MAN, THE COMPLETE COLLECTION, is available on AMAZON HERE.
