"As a young child, I remember the importance of my sister and me picking out a white corsage for my mother to wear at church on Mother’s Day. This flower does not symbolize her being a mother, but rather shows her love in an outward manner for her own mother. My Mom would wear a white flower which indicated her mother was deceased.
