OUTSTANDING FLICKR ALBUM OF VINTAGE VALENTINE, EASTER AND BIRTHDAY CARDS

An oldie but goodie--the outstanding collection of vintage Valentine cards (birthday and Easter too) from our flickr friend USSIWOJIMA (click on the photo). These cards were inherited from his brother.

Most of the vintage and antique Valentines we normally get to see are from the 1950's or Victorian in origin--and make no mistake, we love them. But these designs are from the rarely seen 30's and 40's and are an entirely different animal. There are die-cuts, mechanicals, and yes, even early Superman cards. So click here, sit back and enjoy. They just don't make them like this any more.
