The Croton Seniors celebrated their Christmas holiday party at the
Harmon firehouse on Friday the 3rd. It was well attended with 60
members and guests. The event was catered by World of Food and everyone
had more than enough to eat and the meal was topped off with a cake
supplied by the village. Mayor Pugh and village manager, Bryan Healey
attended with staff as well. Click on the photo to see former Deputy Mayor Bob Anderson and Ellen---the gang enjoyed having a somalier!
Music was provided by DJ, John Hanna who had a great, festive music mix. John McGuire and Al Cobran manned the 50/50 raffle table. There are many stories to tell about the visit by Santa and all who sat on his lap and received gifts. Rumor has it that Bill Tuttle had something to do with the Santa visit. The party committee comprised of Eileen O'Leary, Rose Kollar, Linda Pothast, and Linda McShane did a tremendous amount of work to make this a great party. Special thanks to Chief Vlad and his team at the firehouse to make us all welcome.

Looks like a great time, and the photos are really nice.
ReplyDeleteIn a rush to get party photos out I did not include some of the senior santa helpers who helped with set up and clean up: Judy Vlad-Droz,John Ghegan,Al Cobran,Vince Duffy, Janet Meyer and Bob Anderson. Jack Kitson helped with the 50/50 raffle. Apologies to all.
