A big thank you to Croton's Giovanni's Italian American Delicatessen & Pastry for another great order--we needed to arrange a cold cut platter for a memorial service on short notice that also required special dietary conditions. Owner Shirley Perillo not only made the appropriate (and thoughtful) substitutions, but everything was presented nicely as well.
And "Gio's" has made the MUST TRY lists at Everything Croton several times---from her Southwest Corn Chowder to her stuffed mushrooms to Mama's Cheesecake to her daily specials--Giovanni's is a real gem on Croton Point Avenue.

A great place for morning coffee outside in warmer weather. Their pastries are pretty good too. They also have great sandwich specials you can see ahead of time everyday at their facebook page.
