  2. Economics of the Harmon apartments caused problems, and those are walking distance to CRT. The Croton Dems have come out in favor of lowering rent regulation to 6 units (down from 50), so hope that the developer ran their ROI with rent controls in mind.

    1. Just to let everyone know that thetenant BESTWEB put a letter in the gAzette saying they have a lease and just renovated their space at this location. The location is also TWENTY SPACES too short for parking. I don't think this is going to happen.
