AND NOW THE LATEST TRACK & FIELD NEWS:
Armand Pappas & George Zakharov both are going Thursday to the NYS Championships which will be held Friday & Saturday at Cicero North -Syracuse HS. Armand won the long jump with 21' - 7.5" while George won the Pole Vault with a new CHHS record of 13' - 0.25".
Armand won the Div II Triple Jump at White Plains with a new CHHS Spring Track record of 45' - 4.5"!
Bart Rust ran a much much improved steeplechase. Bart's time was 10:41.32. He was 5th in Division II (small schools, although some schools are twice the size of Croton) and 14th out of 24 runners total (Div I and II)
