Lucio was very good to me growing up. He is another reason why growing up in Croton in the 1960's-70's-80's (took me awhile)was special. The guy cared. The man didn't have a pretentious bone in his body and was always looking to help someone else. Lucio was trusting of others to a fault which sometimes didn't work in his favor but if he got knocked down he was right back up.
