CANDID CAMERA, COURTESY OF THE CROTON HISTORICAL SOCIETY & ALLEN FUNT

Welcome to Everything Croton, a collection of all things Croton--our history, our homes, our issues, our businesses, our schools--in short, EVERYTHING CROTON.

You never know what you’ll find at The Croton-on-Hudson Historical Society—Part Six.  We continue to be simply amazed at the wonderful things to be found at The Croton Historical Society. The care, enthusiasm and knowledge of our volunteers just can’t be beat…so when we heard that Allen Funt of Candid Camera fame had lived in the village on Mt. Airy Road—and we just had to know more—all we had to do was ask--and ta-da!

Click on the photo and article (1960) below to read all about it. Again, many thanks to the historical society for this very pleasant trip down memory lane.
