SUMMER REFLECTIONS AT THE DUCK POND - JULY 2012

Welcome to Everything Croton, a collection of all things Croton--our history, our homes, our issues, our businesses, our schools--in short, EVERYTHING CROTON.

There once was a time in recent years when you saw nothing reflected on the surface of the village Duck Pond--not the sky--not the trees or the clouds--just a never-ending sea of foul-smelling green soup, infested with mosquitoes, and devoid of most other life.

Today, thanks to the hard-work and research of the volunteer committee, we're proud to say that the Duck Pond is again clean, clear, and home to turtles, muskrats, and fish. Click on the photo.
