A FEW QUICK CHARCUTERIE BOARD TIPS...

Your editor was once again (pleasantly and willingly!) tasked with creating the charcuterie board for a local affair---and with a $40 budget.  Apple Farm, Uncle Guiseppe's and Shoprite to the rescue---

This book is helpful now and then (find it on Amazon here) BUT.....for the first time, used fig leaves from the backyard tree as a serving "foil" per Ina Garten's suggestion (see her video here)
