TO THOSE RESIDENTS WHO HAVE ASKED ABOUT SAFETY MEASURES ETC. ON THE CPA PROJECT STARTING 3/31

To those residents who have asked about personal protection equipment (PPE) and safety measures on the CPA project starting tomorrow:

The village has not explained why this project must start at the height of the coronavirus pandemic. There has been no information released as to how the Village Engineer will monitor medical safety onsite.

Residents concerned about safety should contact the Village Manager or the Board of Trustees via email since the village offices remain closed for the protection of village staff.

Additionally, to those who asked---The village has not said who gave the determination that the CPA project may proceed despite the order issued by Governor Cuomo. Questions should be directed to the Dept of Transportation at (518) 457-4422.
