Another request---back in October, a resident wrote to say she had recently found an old bottle at a tag sale called Ma's Old Fashioned Root Beer...That reminded her of Twinco Beverages which once operated here in the village and asked if there was any additional information available. The blog has received another request for more info. This is all we have....

Your editor: Click on the photo for the company's owners---Randolph and Stewart Mendelsohn. Their business had to relocate from N. Riverside when the highway came through. For a time they were on Bank Street here in the village. The photo is from a multi-media slide event from a past exhibit by The Croton Historical Society; you can see some photos from the opening of that exhibit here.
