CROTON'S BICENTENNIAL CELEBRATIONS, 1976, PART 3

Welcome to Everything Croton, a collection of all things Croton--our history, our homes, our issues, our businesses, our schools--in short, EVERYTHING CROTON.

We had a very special request for a post on Croton's Bicentennial Celebration; of course, the Croton Historical Society had everything we needed! And so, here's Part 3. Click on the photos. 1. Operation Sail was one of the best Bientennial events. We met some of the great kids on the viking ship as I recall. What a time that was in our village. Patriotism was a real thing, pride in country a positive thing, not negative. A fantastic time in the village.
