ReplyDeleteYes it was like another world. A thousand times better than Croton today My son painted the fire hydrant on lower Grand Street. All the hydrants remained painted that way for many years very colorful and fun.

DeleteThe American Flag flew high on the tallest flagpole and no agenda flags ever were flown.
