WESTCHESTER AFFORDABLE MONITOR JOHNSON TO RESIGN

The court-appointed federal housing monitor overseeing Westchester County's implementation of its contentious 2009 affordable housing settlement with the federal government will resign Aug. 10.     BE CAREFUL WHAT YOU WISH FOR.HE COULD ALWAYS BE REPLACED WITH SOMEONE EVEN MORE INSUFFRABLE
