THE CROTON CONNECTION: ERIC KNIGHT, AUTHOR OF LASSIE & THIS ABOVE ALL

Welcome to Everything Croton, a collection of all things Croton--our history, our homes, our issues, our businesses, our schools--in short, EVERYTHING CROTON.

For those who don't know, Eric Knight, author of Lassie, This Above All, and numerous other books, lived on a farm with his wife here in Croton. He was a fascinating man--and the Yale Papers provide a very detailed account of his life; you can read more about that here http://bit.ly/1k30QbL

A Croton resident, William Hodson, died with Mr. Knight in a 1943 plane crash that took the lives of 35 Americans.
