While many of us made our own dips, chips, wings and ribs---not to mention charcuterie boards (smile)-- a few of us chose to take advantage of some really outstanding offerings from our local business community. ShopRite truly shined in the platters and baked good departments; Capriccio's had some fantastic specials; ditto for Mex-to-go; Apple Farm did not disappoint in the produce, fresh herb, floral and fruit departments. THE CROTON CRAFTS AND COMMERCE FACEBOOK PAGE WAS HELPFUL TOO.Life's little celebrations are easier sometimes when you keep it local.
