***MAYBE IT'S SPRING; maybe it's the warmer weather--who knows---but suddenly MURDER HORNETS are on the radar again; not to worry-- Murder hornets, officially known as Asian giant hornets (Vespa mandarinia), have been eradicated from the U.S. as of 2024---this is possibly a bot driven meme that has somehow attracted the bug-phobic.

***STILL A LOT OF CHATTER LOCALLY: Bots, blocking, and banning....POT SHOP, 100 UNIT "AFFORDABLE HOUSING COMPLEX ....("What's the zoning on such and such a street.......floating zones......Yada yada yada..... Again, not much new to add here. All these deals are cooked and ready to serve. It's only a matter of when and how much it will all change. We've been through this drill before.
