  1. There's a word for landlords who let their property get to this point. The pro Harmon re-zoning people have complained and complained about properties that aren't being maintained by their owners. Which is kind of sad when you look at these photos considering the fact that the village owns this site and leases it to the yacht club. Kind of like calling the kettle black.

  2. Croton's infrastructure is crumbling, but all is not lost---hey, we're now an agent for the Energy Improvement Corporation, and an endorser of the mid-Hudson sustainability plan.
YOUR elected government at play. woo-hoo!

  4. Meanwhile back at the ranch, our mayor asks if Croton should ban plastic bags. Plastic bags!

Now that's a priority number one for our little village that like to think national as it fiddles away while Rome burns.

  5. I did not see that article. I rarely go to that site as it never has any real Croton news on it just shill articles for officials with their own agendas but I was so disgusted when I heard about it and so were the people who told me about it. Energy consortiums, plastic bags, silly justifications for the ridiculous Croton Point Avenue project. When will people wake up here. We need a mayor for Croton, really FOR Croton.
