9/22000THE CROTON CHRONICLE---This morning we published a whistleblower letter sent to the village on September 8 by Croton’s Code Enforcement Officer, Thor Snilsberg. In the letter, Snilsberg wrote that he had been pressured into taking code enforcement action against Lenny Amicola’s Trump display on Grand Street by Village Manager Bryan Healy, despite his misgivings about the wisdom and legality of such actions.
