OK, I confess: I sent the “Robert Toller” email and left the message on Mayor Pugh’s voicemail.

You know what the Croton Police Department is going to do to me? At most they will give me a stern talking-to and warn me that they will be keeping an eye on me. They may want to arrest me. Mayor Pugh may want to have me arrested. Ain’t gonna happen, and the reason is Brandenburg v Ohio (1969).
