REGAN DEVELOPMENT IN THE NEWS (THEY DEVELOPED THE MAPLE COMMONS HOUSING PROJECT)
Regan Development Corp., which is based in Ardsley, is proposing to build an affordable housing project intended for senior citizens ages 55 and up at 250 S. Middletown Road in Nanuet. Regan is working with the Rockland Housing Action Coalition (RHAC) and the Rockland County’s Office of Community Development on the project.
RHAC said that the proposed housing would be for low income seniors earning up to 80% of the Rockland County Area Median Income. It said that the project was awarded a $5,000,000 American Rescue Plan Act loan from the Rockland County Office of Community Development.
