5PM BILL SIGNING CEREMONY --PLUS LIVE 4TH OF JULY CELEBRATIONS WASHINGTON

President Trump's bill signing ceremony is scheduled for 5 p.m. Eastern Time today, July 4th, at the White House. (Reports originally said 4) He’ll be signing what he’s calling the “big, beautiful bill,” which includes sweeping changes to domestic policy, immigration etc. etc.. There will also be a July 4th picnic at the White House, with military aircraft flyovers planned as part of the celebration.  You can watch the bill signing live online via CBS News, which is streaming the event on its website and mobile platforms.
