VINTAGE HOUSE DESIGNS FROM THE 1860'S

A local artist has been following our posts on cardboard Christmas putz houses with interest; he forwarded some plates from an old architectural book, circa 1860's---thinking this might provide some inspiration for those of us who craft our own houses. There are some beauties here.Thank you LC!

 While most of these are probably out of the realm of possibility for some of us, there are individual elements that are surely worth adapting. Click on the photos and enjoy.
