Very very sad news: SLEEPY
HOLLOW — Joan Hartney of Croton-on-Hudson, an 81-year-old
longtime volunteer at Phelps Memorial Hospital Center, died Wednesday morning
after she was struck by a hospital pickup truck being driven by an employee on

Quite dreadful. Joan was a wonderful person, still very engaged in her community and her Church. She will be missed by many people.
