CONGRATULATIONS TO CROTON'S OWN MARK FRANZOSO who has been designated as a Paul Harris Fellow by the Croton on Hudson Rotary Club. The certificate was presented by Pres. Dr. Greg Schmidt and Lou delRosario. Franzoso was cited for his company's support of an organization that renovates spaces for veterans with disabilities.
