The world of miniaturists and those of us who create Christmas putz villages--really does overlap in so many ways. To the right, and courtesy of Karin Riper, a wonderful miniature Christmas gift shop! Very nicely executed with lots of little details.
It's followed by a fantastic World War One 1918 ad for the Victor Victrola. Especially love the description that it was "light", "compact" and easy to carry anywhere! Look at the size of that thing.
And following that fab ad, an outstanding collection of figural Santa Claus bulbs from the 1930's, 1940's, courtesy of our friend Frank.
