JOURNAL NEWS - Croton-Harmon girls basketball coach Joe Streany, Jr. used to don the Tigers jersey in three sports, so he knows what it means to be passionate about one of them. Now, the second-year coach is instilling that love of the game in his girls. “You don’t enjoy (a sport) as much when you don’t have a love for it,” Streany (right) said via phone Monday following a 53-31 win over Sleepy Hollow. “They found a love for the game, and they found it in each other.
