    Thank you. I was really surprised that more of the environmental committees and boards had nothing to say. Then again, maybe I shouldn't be. You really have to wonder what these people were thinking of.

    I don't remember this from last year. These alleged incidents were covered in the paper?

      There's nothing "alleged" about these incidents. The letter from Guy Pardee was, as stated above, published in the Gazette; the comments of the mayor and the village manager, as stated in Mr. Pardee's letter, are on the videotape of the meeting, and finally there are photos of the asphalt dumping here http://www.everythingcroton.blogspot.com/2014/11/asphalt-piles-black-rock-park-on-croton.html
