Once feral and malnourished, he chose his new owner after a bitter winter season and much patient coaxing, week after week, with plates of sardines moved closer and closer to the front door. Now he no longer ventures outside at all, preferring instead to purr away in the lap of anyone willing to say hello. Click on the photo.
