    A small but personal salon with very talented people, I know people who live in Chappaqua who won't let anyone but Carmen's do their color. These people are artists. A pity about the parking situation. Thanks to your village board.

      I usually have to park in front of someone's house on Benedict. So far no one has complained but I wouldn't be happy about it and suspect there's an unpleasant conversation in my future.
