WASHINGTON ENGINE COMPANY REMEMBERS CROTON'S RICHARD PUSATERE, LOST AT SEA ON THE EL FARO.  The members of the Croton On Hudson Volunteer Fire Department truly recognize the membership's commitment to duty, along with their family members.
