"AFFORDABLE HOUSING WORKSHOP"/HOUSING CHARETTE COMMENTS AVAILABLE ON VILLAGE WEBSITE

The Village of Croton held an “Affordable Housing Workshop”/Housing Charette on 6/13/18. Approximately twenty five people were in attendance; approximately a third of these attendees were village employees or local officials. The “facilitators” from Pace Land Use Law Center, were paid fifteen hundred dollars by the village. Parking and other issues were addressed.
