Once again, many thanks to the CROTON VILLAGE GARDEN CLUB for their efforts to beautify and maintain the village's neglected properties.
And now a word from Richard Zumbach; click on the photos, all rights reserved:
The club has been busy as usual and last week finished
the planting at the Croton Landing flagpole.
Croton Landing is probably the
nicest park on the Hudson, and now the entrance way looks fantastic with this
completed garden. Thanks to Molly and
others for their work on the design and for the planting of the many
plants. Your ideas are always welcome,
and from the gardens we have planted and maintained over the last couple of
years, Croton is becoming a more
attractive village for all of us to enjoy.
Our next meeting will be in
September. Trust you are enjoying the summer. Until then, making Croton
beautiful, one garden at a time...
Very nice. It is a beautiful Park.
ReplyDeleteThat looks lovely. Thank you, Garden Club! My family's down at the landing all the time. It's nice to have a beautiful new addition.
