NEW PUTZ HOUSE GALLERY: LAKIES/LACQUIES & CASTLES, VINTAGE & REPRO

Had a request to create a gallery of putz castles and "lakies"--with more to be added later. There are some real beauties in here.

    In case you don't know what a "Lackie" is, it's a putz house that is finished with heavy coats of lacquer instead of mica, etc. Many of them were originally meant to double as accessoreis for electric trains. Modern putz house creator Karl Fey created a line of custom lackies that was state of the art, but then had to discontinue offering them for sale. If you come across a Karl Fey house, lackie or otherwise, you will be delighted with it.
