2013 HALLOWEEN WINDOW PAINTING PHOTOS

 A BIG EVERYTHING CROTON SHOUT-OUT TO CROTON'S BUDDING ARTISTS! We try to photograph as many of the Halloween windows from the village's painting contest every year--but ultimately life--or the weather--causes us to miss a few.
