MORE FABULOUS VINTAGE WEBSITES, FINDS, ETC. FROM EVERYTHING CROTON

We couldn't resist posting this collection of 1960's tableware we discovered at  a Peekskill flea market. The covered orange and brown/green dishes were especially unique with solid brass "pulls"--but what really got our attention was this deviled egg plate in that queer sort of avocado green - complete with salt and pepper shakers. Alas, the prices were too rich for our blood but it did make for an interesting photo. No makers marks on any of the pieces. Click on the photo.

  1. Those egg plates were all the rage at one point. Think about it. You never see them now. Like fondue, devilled eggs were for the 60's 70's crowd.
