MORE LOUD TRANSITORY, POSSIBLY "TRAVELING" AND/OR "EXOTIC" MUSIC--MIDNIGHT---SATURDAY NIGHT

Getting reports of more LOUD TRANSITORY, POSSIBLY "TRAVELING" (MOVING???) AND/OR "EXOTIC" MUSIC--AROUND MIDNIGHT---SATURDAY NIGHT.  Yes, your editor heard it, or rather felt it---yes, the beat was foreign and/or "unusual"--and yes, it was gone very quickly.....those of you who have something more substantive should really let village staff know. To my knowledge, there were no village or county events scheduled in the area---at Senasqua, Croton Point, that sort of thing.
