Getting a lot of questions--for some odd reason--on the new Ossining Water Treatment Plant. All I know from a few former residents is that between the population expansion, the aging infrastructure, etc., it was just time. As it turns out, the Gazette has a front-page story on the plant being "two-thirds complete" and much more....the edition is for the week of 7/16-7/22/2026. The paper does not have an online presence but is on sale just about everywhere.
