Gee, you go to one local presidential speech watch party--in itself quite the revelation (MSM says nothing to see here folks)---to come back to dozens of memes parodying the village's inadvertent publication of the "draft"??? apartment proposal for 425 South Riverside. And while AI was initially blamed---nope---the site has removed the content at the village's request.

All that being said, the cat's out of the bag now--it's everywhere--and while there may yet be some changes, most folks have learned to expect...the same thing re-packaged..,or worse....yada yada yada yada.....stay tuned.
