PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that resolutions have been adopted by the Board of Trustees, Village of Croton-on-Hudson, New York, at a meeting on May 14, 2025, and May 21, 2025, to open PUBLIC HEARINGS on the following:

Public Hearing on a proposed change to the official map of the Village of Croton-on-Hudson to reflect the proper length of Jasper Road.

Public Hearing on Local Law Introductory No. 7 of 2025 to create Chapter 80, Bicycles & Scooters, and amend Chapter 219, Unlicensed Motor-Driven Vehicles, of the Village Code, to allow for the operation of bicycles with electric assist and electric scooters.
