Your editor has been following owner and chef Samantha Mittler ever since her local "debut" at a Croton street fair some years back--outrageous cupcakes!  Samantha was raising funds, in collaboration with HAPPY HEARTS ON THE HUDSON, for pediatric cancer research (http://bit.ly/2tw3kJS), a cause that remains near and dear to her heart.
