Welcome to Everything Croton, a collection of all things Croton--our
history, our homes, our issues, our businesses, our schools, our houses of
worship--in short, EVERYTHING CROTON.
Since so many residents continue to ask about Coach Don
Daubney, a June 18th update:
--Mr. Daubney has submitted the petition for reinstatement
to the school district (360 plus signatures).
--Mr. Daubney obtained assorted documents/correspondence
from the district through freedom of information.
--Although the names were redacted, these events appear to
have their origin in a complaint filed by the parents of a player.
--Mr. Daubney has requested to meet with Dr. Fuhram and also with the school board--either
individually or as a group--but has not had a response to date.
Well said. Honestly I don't know how any of them sleep at night.
ReplyDeleteGood Luck with that don...They are invincible! After they made their move, there is no going back. If they dare to reverse their decision, they open themselves up to a law site. so they will stand there ground and hope and pray that you will not have the energy or money to either go through the HOOPS that the school board's appeal process which does EVERYTHING to deter anyone from taking them on...My advise is to submit the appeals, exhaust the appeals process and take them to a court of law, which is the only place you will get a fair trial. Our School Board needs to be accountable to any wrongdoing whatsoever, so please fight it to the end!!! Other wise they just keep getting away with murder.

This is so sad I have a hard time discussing it with people, all are very upset but there seems like there is nothing that can be done. Shameful.
