On 12/12 from 3:30 to 7 a.m., the Spanish Ministry at Holy Name of Mary held their annual "Serenata" (with Mariachi) in honor of the feast day for OUR LADY OF GUADALUPE. Mexican hot chocolate, sweet bread and tamales were served after Mass--the church was packed--and festooned in traditional colors. The ministry also thanked Holy Name for providing a venue for these celebrations for over ten years. Father Nelson officiated the bi-lingual five a.m. mass. Click on the photos below.
