--John Thomas Sekelsky, a former well known Croton resident, 2011 Knights of Columbus honoree, and a WWII veteran, passed away in October; burial at Bethel cemetery. --Stanley Jack Pezanowski, September, a lifelong resident of Croton-on-Hudson, leaving only to serve in the Navy in Hawaii during WWII. Jack owned and operated his own roofing and siding company for over 40 years and he was highly regarded for both his skills and his generous nature, always helping those who needed a hand.  --Larry Kanterman, long time Temple Israel member and former Temple Israel President, passed away in November. The funeral and interment was in Florida. Messages of condolence may be sent to Pam Kanterman, 17529 Via Capri, Boca Raton, FL 33496.
