Around this time each year, we'd put up a post on this page showing other villages' downtowns and how they decorate their lamp posts, etc, all the while lamenting that we don't do the same here.
As of today, no more (CLICK ON THE PHOTO). These pics are of our home base, South Riverside Avenue, Croton on Hudson; an important, designated 'gateway' to the village. Each lamp post on the street now has an American flag hanging from it.
